No returns or exchanges.
All flowers are shipped in perfect condition and are packaged to suit how fragile they are. As your flower is an extremely delicate product, I can take no responsibility for any damage caused during transit
I cannot accept any responsibility for loss during transit however your parcel will be sent by special next day delivery and will require a signature.
Florist paste flowers can last a long time if stored in the right conditions which means you can purchase them well in advance of your big day. Store them in a cardboard box away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. You can also place a silica gel packet just inside the box (away from the flowers) to absorb any moisture.
Sugar flowers are extremely fragile and must be packed securely in a box. The shipping price will include the additional costs of these materials.
Bespoke flowers – If you are looking for something really special and want bespoke flowers made please contact and ask for details. Whichever flowers you have chosen for your big day can be made to compliment the colour scheme of your wedding.

Although your flower is made of sugar it is not edible as it contains wires. It should always be removed from the cake before it is cut and never be eaten. They are for decorative purposes only. Florist paste flowers can be kept indefinitely if stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
We offer a choice of vanilla, chocolate and fruit bases and vanilla, chocolate and jam fillings.
We deliver your wedding cakes only within the London area. Any delivery outside of London will have to be arranged, please e-mail us for further details.
The cost of delivery is £0.55 per mile between the event and the bakery. There is a minimum delivery fee of £30
If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, you should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly. We will not be liable for any damages once the cake has left the premises and you will need to sign our consent form on collection. Please note that some cakes may require finishing decorative touches at the venue and may not be suited to personal collection. If you have any queries, please contact us.
Not at all! The wedding and celebration cakes pictured in our galleries are there to inspire you. Please let us know what ideas you have in mind and we will try to create a cake to suit your requirements.
To avoid disappointment, wedding cakes and celebration cakes should be ordered 3-6 months in advance. However, this is only a guide for more information please contact us.
Do not refrigerate! Once you have received the cake, you can store it in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. You can refrigerate or freeze cakes once they have been cut to preserve them. If you would like to keep any decorations such as sugar flowers or figurines, remove them from the cake and store in a container preferably with some anti-moisture crystals (please see sugar paste page for additional info).
For birthday cakes, christening cakes, corporate cakes give us a call or send an email. Additionally, you can order online in the build your cake section of the website.
All wedding cakes and celebration cakes are designed to suit your personal style and requirements. Prices will vary according to the size/ portions and the amount of detail for each cake. If you click on the images in our portfolio section, you will get an idea of costs and how many portions that particular cake will serve, additionally you can visit the build your cake section on the website for guidance.
Please note a deposit is required at the time of placing an order, this will be 50% of the value of the cake and will be non-refundable after 2 days.
The remaining balance must be paid at least two weeks before the date you require the cake. Any alterations after this period make incur additional fees.
